Once, in a world not too unlike your own, a pair of siblings who had been apart most of their life went on a trip together with their uncle.

But that's not what makes this story interesting, of course.
A questionably magical encounter leads to the children developing the ability to glimpse through time and space.
With the reluctant help of a special fortune teller they endeavor to learn about their powers and use them for good.
