Authors Note

This is the true story of the little California Valley Quail that made its way into my life July of 2018. Having hatched alone after its family had left, this little one has imprinted on humans. I have started writing about the amazing experience of raising this orphan critter. Pezi has brought so much joy to my life, I hope you enjoy our story!
