Nine year old Liam has a near death experience and meets a boy named Theo. They become instant friends, but when fate tears them apart they both feel the loss. Years pass and they are brought together and forced apart as they grow older, dealing with the trials of life with only each other to lean on in fleeting moments, until the day it all comes to a head.
