I’m dreaming. It’s all a dream, right? Wrong. I’m here, and they are too. Everything has been real, so far. Only my mind still aches to try to explain how it’s possible. When I sit up I can feel the cool slippery earth under my well beaten legs. It all comes back to me at once. Everything. And I feel the need to keel over in exhaustion and because the horror of it all is still fresh in my mind; and my senses. Who did this to us? But why? And then it comes to me…and I know.
