Out of the 3rd nuclear war on the planet aribokia arises 4 cities started by a coloenl who rose to great promince during the war but was murderd 3 years after the start of all 4 ctities.And he who rules the cties are his great grandchildren who are the last of his line. There are 13 of them 3 adults and 10 children. This is a story about these grandchildren,cities,and the planet. No ones safe no one will be the same after these 13 meet.
