Several years after Daniella, Miguel, and Socorro's adventure a new generation of Rivera's have arrived. Fernando and Isabel Rivera are the daughter and son of Miguel and Daniella.

However, in the land of the dead on a special Dia De Los Muertos, the dead Rivera's don't make it back before the sun rises. What will happen to both living and dead on that special morning?
