Renney was a small child when she saw Slender at school. This was the time when creepy pastas were allowed to be whoever they wanted to be in public as long as they didn't murder anyone.

Slender was always bullied and constantly abused by the other students and soon Renney took notice and decided to be his friend and protect him.
