Electric guitarist Lance McClain in a highschool rockband has never really payed attention to a loner named Keith Kogane. Keith mainly hangs around Shiro, who is the bass guitarist in the band, and sees Lance as a nuisance. When they are forced to work together in order to save Pidge Holt, they realize what they have to overcome in order to work together. As their rivalry blossoms into something new Keith realizes that Lance doesn't think of himself as perfect. Like... there's something hidden in the cracks of his persona.
