Belle hates it and want to move back to New York. But things change when she meets Robin in school. They become friends and she realize that it wasn't a stupid idea to move. One morning a new teacher starts in their class and he's far from kind. He favors some students and give way too much homeworks. Belle get detention for no reason and she's always tired and pale when she comes home. Adam and his husband get very worried about her, but she assures them that everything is fine. At the same time there's murder in the town and it always takes place at night. His two youngest kids have nightmares at night and don't remember anything in the morning.
