My fingers trace over the old, crumpled up leather notebook, that I've poured my deepest, darkest secrets and my heart into. The pen markings are rough and harsh when you flip the page over, you can feel the letters imprinted in. I was furious and hurt, the same page had wrinkled spots spread throughout the page, bleeding some of the ink. Teardrops. I was killing myself with the possibilities that were soon to come, so much so that I couldn't cherish the little time that I had left with Louis. All that I wrote that day, did eventually happen. I wish that I could say that it happened slowly so that I could've come to terms with the malicious actions of management. But, it was all so fast. One day Louis was cuddling me in our shared room, making his stupidly funny 'dad jokes' that would make my stomach rise and fall with endless laughter; ghosting his hot hands over my small frame, giving me instant goosebumps; getting up at early hours to make me a sweet breakfast. And the next, my phone was flooded with news headlines about him and Eleanor, one of his longtime friends. One day he was mine and I was his, and the other he belonged to the headlines and Eleanor.
