A Canadian soldier, Matthew Williams, is punished as a prisoner of a German troop, sentenced to fight in the freezing depths of Russia with other German soldiers alongside him.

When a blizzard comes, he takes shelter in a cave, only to find out he wasn't alone. He was stuck with a supposed to be ally soldier, Ivan Braginsky.
