Scientia is the only continuing education school for witches and wizards. however, it is from the other wizaeding schools due to the fact it's exact location is not known, nor is it on the physical third demensional realm. The only ones able to locate Scientia are those who receive and owl giving explicit and detailed instructions on how to apparate to the school. Those who can successfully locate and arrive at the school through the given instructions are automatically enrolled and accepted into the school specifically designed for the most advanced and skilled wizards across the globe.
