A new problem has reached classmates Shuichi and Rantaro when a virus of unknown origin has been given to Rantaro as part of an experiment. However, this is no ordinary virus, but one that causes the infected to go Yandere for their 'senpai'.

Rantaro and Shuichi have never really talked much in the past but the two are just about to get a whole lot closer.

How long will it take for Shuichi to figure out Rantaro is now out for the blood of anyone who dares to try and take his senpai from him?
