Rochelle Brennen - a young girl studying in Sinnoh's Academy of Gym Leading, aspiring to become a Leader herself one day. When Rochelle is accepted to be a part of RLP, the Regional Leader Program which sends two students from the academy on a trip trough all of the regions to go and learn from different Gym Leaders, she is over the moon until she discovers the details behind it. Her partner for the week long travel is the boy who hates her the most and suddenly the program doesn't seem so intriguing anymore. Or does it? Rochelle discovers that what was once meant to be just a program for learning has much, much more to offer and events take unexpected turns. On her journey, Rochelle learns that some people have their bad sides hidden, some have their good sides hidden.
