Description
Anya Hayhurst had known only a life of neglect and disvalue, so when a man approaches her, offering her the chance to sell her rights as a living creature in exchange for a new, unknown life, she agrees. Never did she believe she would be bought by Theodore Doldrum, a man who is the first to place any value in her as a person, a man who takes her under his wing to help her control her powers, a man who shows her an entirely new world beyond our own, the man who is the mage, and she his apprentice. (This is what I call a practise narrative, to test my current quality of writing. It is basically a parallel of anime/manga of The Ancient Magnus Bride but with my own little twist. I don't call this a fanfiction because it by no means seeks to use the names of characters to further or alter the story they are from. As stated, I found the material good practice to harness my own writing skill to. Hope you enjoy)
