Prologue

When the world is consumed by fire, superhumans and deadly demons there's only a select few with a high enough tolerance for what they're going to have to endure to aid in the world's recovery. Jack didn't really expect to be one of them. After all, he's just a simple man at the age of twenty-five.

His future is unmoving and he's lost all hope of ever seeing the sun again. How long has he even been in the place? Thirteen long years with no hope of leaving.

Jack's fate was forced upon him, I mean, he's all for saving the human race, but his patience has thinned over the years. How much more pain and suffering will he have to go through for the sake of humanity?
