Always too drunk or high to care, Zayn Malik would rather hear what was coming out of his headphones then your mouth. But when one day, not paying attention, he gets shot. It was a full blown out shooting spree. Seven hundred shot dead, and four hundred thirty three injured. Three weeks after, everyone is discharged from the hospital, around fifteen or sixteen people dead, and the rest went home. Except of course, Zayn Malik. Zayn doesn't know how to react, there is a killing pain in his side and chest but he doesn't care. All he cares is that he hasn't drunk and hasn't gotten high. His body reacts badly, his mind going haywire. He starts having episodes where he yells at nurses and doctors and rips apart the blankets of his hospital bed. Then one night, in his hospital room in the mental ward, he thinks he's gone completely mad. When that curly headed boy comes into his room at two o'clock in the morning and speaks to him with such large, frightened eyes, he thinks he's gone absolute bonkers.
