he's interesting, he's funny, he's cute, he's my neighbor.
a humorous guy with a big smile, that can make the world bright.
i can lose anything in my room but i don't think i can lose him in the crowds.

she's cool, she's caring, she's smart, she's my neighbor.
clearly an angel sent from the heavens.
i can make any cool beats in a minute but i think she can make my heart beats faster in seconds.

he/she's just my next door though.
