The company responsible for this outbreak of perfection obsession is known as Tomorrow Inc. They started a program called Project Re-Gen with the goal of eventually breeding the perfect human being. The one to lead the world and bring peace among humankind.

Xavier Clark was made for this program, dark hair, striking green eyes, just like his parents wanted.
