Preface - Please Read

A story about the owner of a mental institution who faces a multitude of problems including building contractors, crazy patients, angry and inconvenient visitors, the health and safety inspector, leaky origami roofworks, a worryingly dangerous scientific experiment involving lightning, disruptive neighbors, a self-obsessed nearby tourist town, and the state of being on a somewhat leaky boat upon a tossing and stormy lake.
