A phantom boy. A boy who never was completely alive. Outcasted and alone, salvation comes when mysterious entity sends him a message telling him of one other man living a similar lonely life, a Doctor he says- the last of the timelords and just as he is the last of his kind. The one being in the galaxy who will not judge and ridicule him and will be able to see his true phantom form and have the power to lift his silencing curse.
