Prologue

Set a year after the events of Falling Light. Nightwing plans to propose to Artemis but complications arise when the past starts to come back to the light. Nightwing's former mentor and father figure has been freed from prison with the help of Ultimus and the Light. Meanwhile, Artemis's father and sister return to haunt her and Nightwing for their previous defeat. Will Nightwing fall back under the wing of Slade or will he continue to live up to his name as Nightwing.
