Sometimes, when people become Vacants, they're still alive in there. Prisonors in there own bodies.

Vacants don't eat meat to quench their undying hunger. They're cold, their minds and bodies are frozen. The only reason they stop eating is once the bodies get cold, it only makes them more cold. They accept any warmth they can get.
