The Fighter

Skye is the typical girl on the outside, but inside she fights hard for survival. After the mysterious death of her best friend, her dad leaves her for Canada with her younger brother, vanishing from Skye's life. She sees no further purpose in existence as her hate for Winter and longing for Summer grows. To top it all off, Skye is left pierced in the heart after she loses her beloved dog, Scotch. But one person lifts her from the darkness. One person turns her entire life around, one person gives her the love she lost and one person shows her the magic and beauty of winter.
