The queens guard dog has been accepted into Hogwarts by order of the queen of England (Please ignore time differences)
He is to take in information on the individual that he does not know the name of, and report back to the Queen. Dumbledore unaware of Ciel being an undercover student. (Ciel is not a demon in my story)
