in the year of 5020, there was a city that has segregation laws that separated people by the money that they made on a yearly basis. the poor citizens of the city of upta were treated horribly and barely had any civil rights. meanwhile, the wealthy lived lavish lives as if nothing was wrong with the society that they lived in.

this story follows a broke man falling dangerously in love with a woman, who so happens to be the richest girl in the city and the mayor's daughter.
