I love dragon mating season stories but I wanted something that didn't involve hiding the girls or the girls finding out through a book. I want it to be a new story, but I am not promising that I am not being cliché. (I have not read the Manga but plan to, and have watched all episodes and the dragon cry movie, I have not yet seen the priestess phoniex so there could be spoilers) Although Natsu's father is no longer alive, the scarf he was given sometimes warns him of his new dragon powers by bringing back memories through Natsu's dreams. Tonight he watched the memories of his father mentioning mating season, and the mate he was never able to have due to the war. Now it is Natsu's time for a mate, and with the fire dragon prince coming into ruling age it sets off a chain of slayer mating season. (Would like to add the art being for the cover is not mine and I'm not sure who the artist is but if you know please allow me to give them the credit!)
