Chapter 1: maybe you should have let the cat out of the bag

Addison has just arrived in Seattle to work on a case. So much has changed since she was last here, so much she doesn't know about. After learning about Derek's death, Addison reaches out to Meredith to attempt to give here a shoulder to lean on, while also trying to start her own grieving process. When the case becomes more complicated, Addison decides to extend her stay, and extend her relationship with Meredith. At first she thinks the constant sleep deprivation is causing her to look at Meredith differently, but she soon realizes it's something more. Could Addison Montgomery, a married woman, really be falling for her ex husbands widow?
