Description
THERE'S A DARKNESS LURKING IN THE SHADOWS, BUT THE TRUTH BEHIND ITS ORIGINS IS EVEN DARKER. They tell you as a child not to go wandering around at night, especially alone. That's when they come out: the Wendigos. In the daytime, they look like the rest of us. They work in the same professions, entertain the same hobbies, send their children to school alongside our own. The only thing you won't see them do is eat. Some may pretend, or sneak off just after eating to throw up while no one is watching, but they won't consume their actual sustenance in public. Instead, they wait until night. Hiding, waiting, hunting for one of us, someone drunk or stupid or foolishly brave, that didn't heed the words that'd been preached to them since birth. And then they feed.
