Cecelia is a teenage fairy with a complicated love life. But, romance is not the biggest problem in her life. She has dedicated her life to fighting-and killing- her race's traitors and enemies. She is classified as a Junior Fairy, but holds more power than most fifteen-year-old fairies. Her line of work is dangerous and, at any moment, she could die. She has been training since the age of seven to become a "top notch fairy". But, certain actions along the way might ruin her chances of graduating and help rid the world of evil.
