Prologue: Masquerade

The Avengers have faced gods, genocidal robots, and even turmoil within their own ranks. But a sudden call from Nick Fury provides Tony Stark and his team with a new challenge: teenagers.
When SHIELD hands Tony three teenage teammates, everything seems to fall apart right in front of him. Not to mention a blast from his past that brings the Avengers into a new conflict with a diabolical Italian family. Still, the new members of his team only seem to make everything go downhill instead of making it easier.
New recruits Danielle, Joey, and Casper all provide their own challenges, but it's up to the team to band together and help these three blossom into heroes and spread their wings.
