Lynn looked at her friend. Jax was lying there unresponsive. She knew that the next injection of that black stuff was for her. Doctor Cross was prepping the needle for her, and she laid there with a smile on her face as she always did. She felt a sharp pain in her wrist, a razor blade that Garrett had left there. The blood covered her hand quickly, and she wiggled out of the shackles.
