Thalia Webster was an average girl from Ohio. After a family tragedy, she moves away to Virginia. Whilst riding around her new neighbourhood on her bike, she bumps into a stranger. They stare at each other before shaking hands. He apologises yet he runs away; his dark brown hair flapping about in the wind.

On Thalia's first day at school, she notices the stranger again, yet he acts like a whole different person. Are these two people identical twins? Or just one person trying to understand the real world from two different perspectives?
