Prologue (An Introduction)

Cupid gets all the glory for bringing soulmates together. All he does is hit them with arrows so they notice each other and get things started.

I've got the hard job. I have to make sure soulmates are single when it's time for fate to bring them together. Can't have them running around falling in love with the wrong people and missing their chance. So, I have to make sure they fall in love with me for a while and then break their hearts at the right time. Then they are available and ready when it's time for Cupid's arrow.
