Touka Kirigakure is a 16 year old Villain. She was shoved into being a Villain by her father. How? Well when her quirk manifested her father was livid. His wife told him that her family had a long line of quirkless people. He found out this was a lie. Her murdered his wife in front of Touka and then went to kill her but her quirk got to him first.
