Zero Problems, Zero Casualties, Zero Freedom

Year 5021, Niques-the supers of this world- are banned, and the Government has taken steps to avoid them ever being allowed in the public eye. Crime runs rampant with Niques who have escaped from their prisons and are tired of running, wanting revenge for what the world had made them. Due to the ban and the inability to hone Niques, the Government doesn't have the firepower to stop them.
