Just what the title suggests.

Rin Kagamine, Len Kagamine, Hatsune Miku, Luka Megurine, Kaito Shion, Gakupo Kamui, Gumi Megpoid and Meiko Sakine are very good friends who work together at a singing company called Crypton. They also need to balance school life with their work as it is some kind of music academy as well.

Don't worry, the other lesser known vocaloids like IA, Lily and Neru will be here as well. Will be swearing. All of them are around 16-18 in this.
