Notes and stuff(I don't know what this is called?)

"Nobody ever bothers with me. And to be quite honest, I've gotten used to it. But understand that, just because I've gotten used to it, it doesn't mean I like it."
He looks at me, about to say something but I interrupt him.
" You know how it goes is, nobody ever cares to ask, because nobody ever cares to look, because nobody ever cares to wonder. That's just how things go."
He starts to say something once again, but, once again, I beat him to it. With tears in my eyes, I speak up, making sure he can hear me loud and clear.
"And you know that you don't have all the worst problems in the world, but you just can't help to ask, What about me?"
