Terrence Dashon Carter(D'Jay) and April Barnes grew up together on the ruthless streets of Chicago, him being a king pin and she being one of Chicago's best hair stylist. They both had big dreams that was so different but they had eachother most of all. After D'Jay up and leaves the city without telling April goodbye he follows his dreams in becoming a rap star. 10 years later he comes back to Chicago for good. Will they be able to rekindle the fire that burned out? Will April forgive D'Jay for abandoning her and finding out the truth behind why he left?
