Cheetah is the leader of one of two top gangs in New York. Her gang The Carnivore's are not only trained to use firearms or other deadly weapons but they dance.

In Cheetah's world if your part of a powerfull gang you have to dance and to prove that your powerfull you have to battle to state your power. The only reason The Carnivore's are second is because they tied with Allegance.

Cheetah's life becomes ten times harder as events make or break the gang
