Brooklyn, June 1943

1943 was a terrible time. War was raging. Twin siblings Steve and Marilyn Rodgers are doing their damn best to enlist in the military. But for a 90 pound guy and a woman, it's obviously not the easiest task.

Finally enlisted for military experiments, Marilyn is figuring out just how hard it is to take care of her family and the people she cares about most, being a hero for herself comes last.
