Two best friends end up in a government-funded institute where abnormal people to put experiments on them and being tortured horribly.

One day, two outlawed demons rescue them and take them to the secret abandoned hideout where people like them been escaped from the institutions and asylums or on the run.

With Antisepticeye and Darkiplier by their side, they'll bring justice to the special people into society.
