Author's note/warningish

The minute you open this book, you will be pulled in a darkest part of my mind and a bit my philosophy about mental illnesses (or just something general). It will also contain amateur poetry and content that can be triggering for anyone who has anxiety or depression, or both.

As well I will include how I try to cope with depression and GAD. I don't mind admitting it that I have these mental disorders (or illnesses?)
