Shizuo heard his phone ringing and picked it up he answered the phone and said :

SHIZUO: hello! Who's this?
IZAYA: hello Shizu chan
SHIZUO: flea? How did you know my number, ok I'm hanging up.
IZAYA: no wait!
SHIZUO: what is it now! What do you want?
IZAYA: Shizuo I- I
SHIZUO: Izaya?
IZAYA: crying
SHIZUO: ok, you're creeping me out I'm hanging up now, go and troll somewhere else.
