Victoria aka Ria is a spoiled rich brat out to have a good time. When she pushes her luck too far she gets into trouble. This trouble leads to her arrest and the judge sentences her to house arrest but there are Special conditions due to imminent threat to her safety. The special condition's name...Dominic or better known as Nic. He is a member of the swat team and would be her bodyguard/babysitter to keep her out of trouble.
