Samantha (Sam) Martin:
Female. 16 years old. Lives with parents. Sister to Drake. Normal.

Drake Martin:
Male. 18 years old. Lives with parents. Brother to Sam. Normal.

Darren Tate:
Male. 17 years old. Lives with parents. Best friend to Drake. Unknown.

Valerie's parents died when she was a baby for witchcraft, forcing her and her parent's best friend to flee. She now lives foster house to foster house. Never having a real home.
But maybe this one with the Martin's might be different. After all her parent's best friend and guardian chose it.
