CHAPTER 1 - NIGHT'S LULLABY

The Sarong Womb is a short story is a prequel adaptation that discusses the past events based on the novel, 'The Clay Marble'. The Sarong Womb is a fictional first-person short story that follows the journey of Jantu and Nebut during a warring period of Cambodia. The protagonist of the story is Jantu who is a 13-year-old girl who always carries her brother with her sarong and seeks salvation. The prequel adaptation gives an idea on the birth of Nebut, Jantu's relationship with her parents and the journey which led her to reunite with Nea and Grandpa Kem.
