Despite Ivy managing to save Lucius, not all is well in their small village. Ivy's father is ill and the town is not sure what to do. Despite Ivy knowing that Those We Do Not Speak Of aren't real, she can't help but feel that there is something lurking in the woods. When Christop, her brother-in-law, goes out disappears from her sister's bed, she knows she must do something. And Noah doesn't seem to be as dead as everyone thought... and he is not happy about Lucius and Ivy's relationship. Ivy's father has time to say four words before he falls into a coma.
