Stuck in My Head

I originally wrote this as a poem and then turned it into a song. I wrote this when I was in a lot of pain when my "best friend" started dating the guy I had dated for 2 years and was still in love with at the time. During this I also had a concussion so I couldn't do sports. And to make things worse I was going through a tough time with friends.
