"I wish I could say the same, you broke my heart last time when you chose him over me" he replied.

"I had to look after my people" I replied, watching his jaw tense.

"And what about what you really want?" Marcus asked, his eyes focusing on mine.

"What I want... is for all of this to disappear and to be just Diana again, not Queen Diana" I replied.

"And where am I in this fantasy of yours?"

"I haven't quite decided that..." I replied.
